You could not import a class, that is defined in a function. We need to
return the class, but we do not want to define it multiple times. So we
have to save the class in a global variable.

Replace updatefix.py with the Updater class. This streamlines some
of the common tasks and groups database updates by release. Upgrades
from pre 1.1.x are no longer supported.

Previously left out a check for whether the column exists when using
MySQL. We will probably eventually need checks for other db types as well.

Path type='directory' entries previously had no 'reason' associated with
their 'dirty' state.
This change adds a database field for unpruned entries which are present
in a pruned directory and displays that list in the web reporting
interface.
There is also a change made to the POSIX client tool which forces it to
display the extra entry list when running in interactive mode without
debugging enabled.
