* MM-11065: Allow to search and get archived channels from the API

* Changed the query parameter to include_deleted
* Enable search archive channels as true by default

* Removing includeDeleted parameter from GetChannelByName and GetChannelByNameForTeam
* Back to ViewArchivedChannels config
