CGLDevice implementation
- extended Gfx::CDevice interface
- written OpenGL implementation in Gfx::CGLDevice
- rewrote color and light module
- added Gfx::VertexCol
- added array casts to Math::Vector, Math::Matrix and Gfx::Color
